Habe das mal editiert und in „Surfcamps“ verschoben. Da isses denke ich besser aufgehoben. Bitte keine kommerzielle Werbung im Forum. Alles hier ist für User umsonst, die einzigen, die Kosten haben, sind Marc, Tom und ich. Daher nehmen wir uns auch das Recht raus, für Werbezwecke lieber hin und wieder mal ein Banner zu verkaufen. Bilder bitte mit maximal 699pix Breite einstellen, sonst zerreißt es das Forenlayout. Danke

ich kenne den laden und muss sagen,
ist durchaus empfehlenswert…
bin shcon oefters mal bei deren spotguiding mitgefahren, und den surfkurs gesehen.
auf jeden fall ein besseres preis leistungsverhaeltniss als alle anderen surfcamps vor ort in taghazut.
(andere camps ksoten schonmal 55 euro/tag..)

ich kenne den Laden auch und der Surfkurs & deren Spotguiding lassen schwer zu wünschen übrog. Der Rest ist in Ordnung.

hmmm , spotguiding ist eine komplizierte sache, zumindest sind die jungs von amulgar oft genug an den jeweils besten spots anzutreffen, sofern es die skills ihrer kunden zulassen…. anders als ne menge anderer surfschulen hier, die ihre kunden an irgendwelhens sch****straenden abladen, nach dem motto“hauptsache es gibt genug schaumwalzen“

Sorry bin leider am Dienstag wieder zurück, wäre sehr gern mal vorbeigekommen. Nächstes Mal auf jeden Fall! Meinste die Gasse vorbei am Labass vorbei?

Mohammed ist ein sehr netter Typ der sich den Arsch abrackert fürs Camp aber der Rest… na ja. Ich fands nur etwas überteuert 75 mäuse pro Woche und Person zu verlangen wenn die vom Dorf 10 min nach Mysteries runter fahren. Wenn die mal nach Imessouane fahren ist das natürlich ne andere Sache.

Ist ja aber deren erstes Jahr (Surfcamp), kann ja alles noch werden 😀

Ben, you should not complain… and I think it is pitty to read to complain and talk bad about our business while you even where not on our surfsafari or at our surflessons.

You had two free surfsafari`s… we didnt make a big fuss about money, you didnt even pay for those days. You didn`t had lessons and surfsafari for the rest of the week. So if you had you would actually now that we went to the best places combinations with wind waves and tides. That is why you got some bad days and we didnt. Surfsafari is paying for knowledge and to have the best surf conditions in combination with the level of the customers. Not for how far we are going. We can drive everyday up to essaouira and you will never have surf.. So what is well spend money..

Mohammed is doing a good job and some others work hard behind the scenes an doing a good job too. The rest is not going by it selves…

To bad that you left saying that you were really satisfied and start on this forum talking bad about it.

We had a lot of customers this year and 99% was honestly happy about the atmosphere, lessons, surfsafari and house location. We worked both hard to make everything perfect. But maybe you should go and compare other camps before you make bad comments on things you didnt even participate in.

We are defending our business because we work hard for it and we know that we are doing a good job.

Next time you should book a other camp, then you really have something to complain. You will see the same spot on the same time everyday..

And about surfsafari… we go to Imsouane and Tamri and even south … as long as the wave hight will allow it.. that is knowledge.. 😉

I think this Forum is exactly about exchanging experiences regarding different camps. I didn’t talk bad about your business I just expressed my honest opinion regarding a couple of points and I think everyone should be entitled to it.
Neither am I the only one who had the opinion I expressed.
True I didn’t take any lessons but there were plenty of other people who complained to me without me even asking.
I went on 2 days Surfsafari but I did still pay 40 Euros so you could drop us off 10 mins down the road.

Too bad that you feel offended but I honestly meant the criticism (which I told you to your face by the way) in a constructive way. And I did say that everything else was ok (read my post).

I also don’t think this forum is the place to mention my name and go into details. You could have sent me a private message through here to discuss this but since you have already decided to go public…
I really don’t want to bad mouth your business but maybe you should keep these following points in mind when you accuse me of making this up.

1. There was absolutely no info or communication when we arrived. Our room wasn’t ready and we had to ask our flat mates about everything. There was no information about anything!
They complained about the lack of communication as well as others. This also seems to have resulted in you forgetting about transfers for certain people from the airport in the evening as well as prices and conditions regarding the Surf Safari and the BBQ price(which again other people complained about)

2. There wasn’t any hot water the first 3 days. What about the fresh fruit which apparently every room was supposed to get (as advertised on your website) or car rental for 30 Euros (according to your website). You told Marcel 40 Euros per day and when we ask Mohammed we get it for 35??

3. K. booked lessons with you for a week and had exactly one lesson.
None of your teachers are qualified by BSA or other similar organisations.
This especially showed when one of the guys cut his foot at one break.
Both you and Mohammed ignored the poor guy and it was actually me who cleaned his wound with fresh water. Neither you nor Mohammed had a first aid kit with you, which in my opinion is a must for any Surf School.

4. A little lack of enthusiasm. When you say we meet at a certain time in the morning and everyone is keen and ready to go then I think people can expect you to be ready at this time. This was the first thing that people complained to me about when we arrived. Most of the time meeting at 8 meant not leaving until 10. Most people only have 2 weeks of surf and are usually really keen to go for an early session and I think it’s frustrating to have this lack of reliability.

Don’t get me wrong I really had a good time and the appartments and atmosphere are great but I think I have a right to criticise (some of these points I told you about on the last day).
I know it’s only your first year so take the criticism and make it into the best camp there is in Taghazoute instead of being offended 😉

But please don’t make it as if I am one lone dissatisfied, gruntled customer who is out to badmouth your business. I am more than happy to give you the names of the people who weren’t completely satisfied. Send me a private msg if you want to discuss this further.

Both you and Mohammed are nice guys, so take it with a pinch of salt mate 😉
